Which networks do you support?

Airtime is delivered instantly — usually within 5–30 seconds after payment confirmation. If you experience a delay, check your transaction history or contact support.
Can I buy data for someone else?

Which electricity providers are available?
We support all major electricity distribution companies (DisCos) including Ikeja Electric, Eko Electric, Abuja Electric, and others.
Which cable TV providers are supported?
We support DSTV, GOtv, and Startimes subscriptions. You can renew your current plan or upgrade to a new one.
What education pins are available?

How do I report a failed transaction?
If a transaction fails but your wallet was debited, open a support ticket from your dashboard. Include the transaction reference and our team will resolve it within 24 hours.
What are your support hours?
Our support team is available Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 8 PM (WAT). For urgent issues, you can reach us via our support ticket system and we'll respond within 2 hours.
