2. Description of Service

VIREL is a virtual top-up platform that allows users to purchase airtime, data bundles, pay electricity bills, and subscribe to cable TV services.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Wallet & Payments

  • Wallet funding is processed through our secure payment gateway
  • All transactions are final once processed — refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • We reserve the right to reverse transactions in cases of error or fraud
  • Users must not engage in any fraudulent or abusive activity

5. Service Availability

We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party providers (telecom networks, payment gateways, etc.). Eligible failed deliveries are reconciled and refunded according to provider status.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Using the platform for any illegal purpose
  • Attempting to bypass our security measures
  • Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services
  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or bonuses

7. Limitation of Liability

VIREL Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
